To add or change administrators, you need to log in to the LINE Official Account app with an account that already has administrator permission and follow the steps below.
Note: Operators cannot add administrators.
To add an administrator by LINE:
1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Permissions.
2. Tap + Add and select Administrator under "Permission type."
3. Tap Send by LINE.
4. Select the member you want to add and tap Share.
5. Have the member you want to add access the link they received in a LINE chat message and log in with their own account and select Accept role.
6. Once the new member appears on the Manage permissions screen with Administrator under their name, it means they have been added.
To add an administrator by email:
1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Permissions.
2. Tap + Add and select Administrator under "Permission type."
3. Tap Generate link > Copy.
4. Give the verification link that was issued to the member you want to add.
5. Have the member you want to add access the link and log in with their own account and select Accept role.
6. Once the new member appears on the Manage permissions screen with Administrator under their name, it means they have been added.
To change a member's permission:
1. Tap the Home tab > Settings > Permissions.
2. Tap Edit next to the member.
3. Select the permission type.
4. Tap Save changes.
