Canceling

You may be charged for a ticket renewal despite having canceled your subscription if:
• The cancelation wasn't completed.
Note: For how to check your cancelation status, see this Help article.
• You canceled your plan after it was renewed.
• You changed LINE accounts without canceling your plan.
• You changed Google accounts without canceling your plan (with Google Play payments).

Please refer to the following for your situation.

If your cancelation wasn't completed:
Please cancel your current plan at least 24 hours before it expires. For the steps to do so, see this Help article.
