To link your PayPay account, your registered information (name in katakana, date of birth) for both services needs to match exactly.
If you can't link your account, it may be because:
• There were extra spaces included in your name in katakana.
Note: Make sure there are no extra spaces included before or after your name.
• Characters of different sizes were used for your name in katakana. For example, if your name is John and is written as ジョン, don't write it as ジヨン.
Note: If your name is registered differently in katakana on PayPay and LINE BITMAX, you will need to unify how your name is written on both services.
Keep the above points in mind and see if there are any differences in your registered information for both services.
You can check your LINE BITMAX registered information from the LINE BITMAX main menu > More > Manage account > Manage personal information.
If you need to change the katakana for your full name in your LINE BITMAX registered information, do so by referring to the Help article below and following the instructions for the screens to change your registered information.
