The issue may be caused by your device's settings. Check if In-app Purchases are allowed by following the steps below.
1. Tap Settings on your device > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases and check the setting for In-app Purchases.
Note: If you can't tap iTunes and App Store Purchases, check if Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned on.
• An error occurred. Please try again./Only one item can be purchased at a time.
Please try the following troubleshooting tips.
- Update the LINE MUSIC app to the latest version
