Deposit money (JPY)

You can deposit money to LINE BITMAX by transferring it to our dedicated account.

Steps to deposit money (JPY) to LINE BITMAX:
1. On the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Transfers > Deposit under メイン口座：日本円 (Spot account: JPY) > Deposit via bank account.
2. Use the account that appears on-screen to complete your deposit.
Note:
- There is a fixed service charge for each bank.
- Deposits from your LINE Pay balance or debit payments from a bank account registered to your LINE Pay account can no longer be made as of December 19, 2024.
- You can only use deposits made with the PayPay account linking service for market orders on the brokerage service.

If you make the transfer during your bank's business hours, the amount deposited will appear in your wallet as soon as it's received at LINE BITMAX.

Note: Depending on the bank you use, it may take some time for the deposit to be received.

Money transferred after bank business hours will appear in your wallet the next business day.

Note:

- For details about the status of your deposit and your bank's business hours, please contact your bank directly.

- If you made a transfer with incorrect information, contact your bank and apply to have the transfer reversed.

See below for the maximum amounts of money that can be deposited to LINE BITMAX.

• Transfer deposits from bank accounts: Unlimited

• Deposits from PayPay: Up to JPY 500,000 within the past 24 hours; up to JPY 2,000,000 within the past 30 days.

Note: Deposits are automatic when using PayPay Money purchase. It has no standalone deposit feature. For details about PayPay Money purchase, see this LINE BITMAX official blog post. (Only available in Japanese.)

To check your deposit history:

1. From the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Accounts > Spot account (JPY).

2. Change the filter from All to Deposit.

Note: You can also adjust the Period and Display order filters.

Once money has been deposited to LINE BITMAX, there is no way to cancel the transaction. Please withdraw the amount after it has been added.

If the money was deposited after your bank's business hours, it won't appear in your LINE BITMAX wallet until the next business day.

Note: Please contact your bank directly if you're unsure of its business days.

If the amount you deposited still has not appeared in your LINE BITMAX wallet after the next business day has passed, please contact us at any time via this Inquiry Form.
