The margin maintenance rate shows what percent of the calculated margin requirement you have in your margin account.
The margin maintenance rate is calculated using the following formula:
(The deposit amount in your margin account + position gain/loss valuations) ÷ (margin required to maintain your position + margin required to fill an order)
