Taxes/Trade report

You'll receive a notification from the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official account when a quarterly or annual trade report is issued. To check your trade reports, go to the LINE BITMAX main menu > More > Trade reports.
Note: When you check a trade report, it is sent in PDF format to the email address registered to your LINE account.

If you don't receive the reports at your registered email address, it may be because:
• Your email address was not entered correctly.
• You registered an invalid email address to LINE. For example, you used more than one dot in a row (e.g. line..bitmax@linebitmax.com) or used a dot just before the @ sign (e.g. line.bitmax.@linebitmax.com).
• The email was sent to your spam, junk, or another folder instead of your inbox.
• You have spam filters in place.
Note: In this case, please try again after temporarily disabling them.
• You have settings in place to only receive emails from certain domains.
Note: If you have domain filters in place on your email client, make sure that you allow emails from the domain "@bitmax.me".

 

• You have email forwarding configured.

Also, if you want to check your trade reports after changing your email address registered to LINE, you can have them reissued from the More tab on the LINE BITMAX main menu > Trade reports.
Note: Tap here to go to the Trade report screen from the smartphone you use LINE BITMAX with.
