Purchasing
You can purchase a ticket in the LINE MUSIC app or on LINE STORE.
To purchase a ticket in the LINE MUSIC app:
1. Tap the Library tab at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > My ticket > My Ticket > Shop.
3. Select the plan you want.
To purchase a ticket on LINE STORE:
Go here to access the LINE MUSIC page on LINE STORE, then select the plan you want.
You may incur duplicate charges if you purchase a ticket on LINE STORE while you are using a ticket purchased in the LINE MUSIC app.
We recommend canceling the ticket you purchased in the LINE MUSIC app, then waiting until it is no longer valid before purchasing a ticket on LINE STORE.
You can check an in-use ticket's expiration date in the LINE MUSIC app or on LINE STORE.
Note: Tickets are renewed within 24 hours of their expiration date.
To check in the LINE MUSIC app:
1. Tap the Library tab at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > My ticket > My Ticket.
3. Check the expiration date next to "Exp." under the plan name.
Note:
- If you have a Basic Plan, you can also check its remaining playback time.
- Basic Plan tickets no longer appear when their 20 hours of playback time are used up.
To check on LINE STORE:
Check the Renewal date under Subscription plans.
Note:
- Only tickets that were purchased on LINE STORE can be checked this way.
- Once cancelation is complete, Subscription end date will appear.
A subscription plan (auto-renewal) is a payment method that automatically charges you every month from the day you start making payments.
Once you make a payment, you can use LINE MUSIC and not have to worry about renewing your plan until you decide to cancel your subscription.
Note:
- If you're transferring your account to a device running a different OS, please cancel your auto-renewal subscription in advance.
- Tickets purchased on LINE STORE can be transferred between devices running different OSes.
You cannot purchase or use another ticket if you're using a ticket with auto renewal or currently have a valid ticket.
If you're using a Basic Plan (time-limited ticket), you can purchase an additional Basic Plan or upgrade to a Premium Plan after you cancel the ticket's auto renewal and use up its 20 hours of play time.
Note: Even if you cancel auto renewal for your ticket, you can continue to use your remaining play time until the expiration date.
Upgraded or additionally purchased tickets go into use automatically.
If you don't receive a payment confirmation email from LINE MUSIC, check the following things.
• Was your registered email address entered correctly?
You can check or change your registered email address by going to the Library tab > Settings > Account > Email address for receipts.
• Are you using any spam filters?
Check your email settings and make sure that emails from LINE MUSIC are not being sent to your spam folder.
The six-month free subscription plan (6カ月無料特典プラン) is granted through free monthly tickets, which are distributed for a maximum of six months.

Also, be aware that you cannot reapply for the six-month free subscription plan (6カ月無料特典プラン).
