Creating an account
From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Access LY for Business.
2. Select LINE公式アカウントをはじめる (Start using LINE Official Account).
3. Select LINE公式アカウントをはじめる (Start using LINE Official Account) again.
4. Log in to Business ID.
5. Fill in the required fields and choose Continue.
6. On the Check application page, select Submit.
From the LINE Official Account app:
1. Download the LINE Official Account app for iOS or Android.
2. Tap Log in or sign up with LINE or Log in or sign up by email.
3. Tap Create an account.
Note: If you already have a LINE official account, please tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen > Create new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Continue.
5. Tap Create account.
From the LINE app:
1. Tap the Voom tab > your profile at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Create official account.
Note: If you don't have an email address registered, please register one by going to Settings > Account > Email address.
3. Tap Create a new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Create account.
To create a new official account, you need to verify your Business ID via text message or phone call.
Note: Please have ready a device that can receive text messages or phone calls and a valid phone number.

1. Tap the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Tap the Home tab > Business profile.
3. Tap Profile visibility settings.
4. Check or change the setting for Show in search results and recommendations.
From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Click Business profile.
3. Click Edit visibility settings next to Profile visibility settings.
4. Check or change the setting for Show in search results and recommendations.
