Before you suspend a reward card, please read the following important information:
• Once you've suspended a card, it cannot be restored or republished.
• All of the settings and information for the card will be deleted, including any points accumulated by users.
• A new reward card cannot be published until the day after the current card is suspended.
To suspend a reward card, please follow the steps below.
From the LINE Official Account Manager app:
1. Tap the Home icon > Reward cards > Reward card settings > Suspend card.
2. Configure each item and tap Suspend card.
From the browser version of LINE Official Account Manager:
1. Click Home > Reward cards > Settings > Suspend card.
2. Configure each item and click Suspend card.
You can check information for your reward cards, such as the number of valid cards, issued cards, and awarded vouchers (tallied up until the previous day), by going to Insights > Reward cards > Cards and points.
