You can create a new LINE official account using one of the methods below.

From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Access LY for Business.
2. Select LINE公式アカウントをはじめる (Start using LINE Official Account).
3. Select LINE公式アカウントをはじめる (Start using LINE Official Account) again.
4. Log in to LINE Business ID.
5. Fill in the required fields and choose Continue.
6. On the Check application page, select Submit.

From the LINE Official Account app:
1. Download the LINE Official Account app for iOS or Android.
2. Tap Log in or sign up with LINE or Log in or sign up by email.
3. Tap Create an account.
Note: If you already have a LINE official account, please tap the menu icon at the top left of the screen > Create new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Continue.
5. Tap Create account.

From the LINE app:
1. Tap the Voom tab > your profile at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Create official account.
Note: If you don't have an email address registered, please register one by going to Settings > Account > Email address.
3. Tap Create a new account.
4. Fill in the required fields and tap Create account.

To create a new official account, you need to verify your LINE Business ID via text message or phone call.
Note: Please have ready a device that can receive text messages or phone calls and a valid phone number.

If we determine that the following content is included in your posts (e.g. videos, images), you may not be able to participate in the LINE VOOM Creator Program. If your application is rejected, delete the relevant post and reapply after posting content that adheres to our guidelines.

Using someone else's copyrighted material
Examples of copyrighted material are as follows:
• Posting content published by others
• Posting gameplay videos of video games
• Posting content from TV shows, anime, movies, etc.
• Including images or footage of celebrities, artists, or other famous individuals
• Using someone else's music in your videos

Promotional activities
• Operating an account by a corporation or organization
• Promoting your own or third-party products or services without prior approval from us

Posting content that offends public order or morality
• Sexual content: Includes nudity or significant exposure of the body, or activities introducing sexual services
• Content threatening the safety of minors: Includes encouraging drinking or smoking, or content intended for dating or relationships

Incomplete application details
• Failing to correctly enter the required information on the application screen or missing information

Payments for monthly revenue over JPY 5,000 will be sent to the designated account you registered beforehand. However, if your monthly revenue is less than JPY 5,000, your payment will be sent together with your revenue from the following month.

Important: The dates for finalizing your registration number and having consumption tax applied to your revenue from May 2024 have changed.

If your registration number added to LINE VOOM Studio becomes valid at the start of the month you added it, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from that month.

Note: If your registration number added to LINE VOOM Studio became valid prior to the month you added it, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from the month you added it or from your revenue for the previous month.

See the following examples for details.

Example 1

If you added your registration number to LINE VOOM Studio on April 15 and it became valid as of May 1, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from May.

Example 2

If your registration number became valid as of May 1 and you added it to LINE VOOM Studio on May 15, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from May.

Example 3

If your registration number became valid as of May 1 and you added it to LINE VOOM Studio on June 15, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from June.

Example 4

If your registration number became valid as of May 1 and you added it to LINE VOOM Studio on June 1, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from May.

Example 5

If your registration number became valid as of May 15 and you added it to LINE VOOM Studio on June 1, consumption tax will be applied to your revenue from June.
