LINE VOOM basics

You can check shares of your LINE VOOM posts from the LINE Official Account app or LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers.

From the LINE Official Account app:

1. Tap the Insights tab.

2. Tap LINE VOOM (Posts).

3. Choose the post you want to check shares for.

4. Check your Shares.

From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:

1. Click the Insights tab.

2. Click LINE VOOM > Posts.

3. Click Show metrics and check Shares under User actions.

Note: You can select up to five metrics.

If you find something inappropriate on LINE VOOM, you can report the person who posted it from the LINE VOOM screen.

Note: If you report someone, they won't be notified that you did so.

To report a post:

1. Tap "..." at the top right of the post you want to report.

2. Tap Report.

3. Select your reason for reporting the post, then tap Agree & send.

To report a comment:

1. Tap and hold the comment you want to report.

2. Tap Report.

3. Select your reason for reporting the comment, then tap Agree & send.

3. Click Save.

You can ban words and phrases using one of the methods below.

To ban a word or phrase from a comment:

1. Click Add banned keyword under the comment.

2. Enter the word or phrase you want to specify as banned in the pop-up, then click Add.

To ban a word or phrase from Comments in the menu on the left side of the screen:

1. Click Settings, scroll to Other settings, and click Edit under Manage banned words and phrases.

2. Enter the word or phrase you want to specify as banned in the box then click Add.

You can check or remove banned words and phrases by following the steps below.

1. Click Comments in the menu on the left side of the screen > Settings.

2. Scroll to Other settings, then click Edit under Manage banned words and phrases.

3. Check your list of banned words and phrases, or click Remove next to the word or phrase you want to allow again.

You can manage spam comments in the following ways.

Flag comments as spam

Click Flag as spam under a comment to move it to the Spam tab.

Unflag comments as spam

From Comments in the menu on the left side of the screen, click Manage comments > the Spam tab > Unflag as spam next to the relevant comment. The unflagged comment will then appear on the Approved tab.

LINE VOOM Studio is a dedicated website that lets LINE VOOM creators post content on LINE VOOM, manage comments from other users, check information about their insights, and use the Boost and Monetization features.

Anyone with administrator permissions for a LINE official account can use LINE VOOM Studio.

You can access LINE VOOM Studio here, or from the web browser version of LINE VOOM or LINE Official Account Manager.

You can delete posts that you've made on LINE VOOM using one of the methods below.

To delete a post from the LINE Official Account app:

1. Tap LINE VOOM.

2. Tap the menu icon next to the post you want to delete from LINE VOOM.

3. Tap Delete > Delete.

To delete a post from LINE VOOM Studio:

1. Click Post list in the menu on the left side of the screen > the icon of the post you want to delete.

2. On the Post details page, click Delete > Delete.

If someone follows your account, they'll continue to see your new posts on LINE VOOM. This allows you to provide information to users who may be interested, even if they haven't added your account as a friend.
