Activity and billing

We issue the data on Payment details in Billing history in accordance with the recording requirements of qualified invoices.
Note:
- We do not issue invoice documents themselves.
- The data cannot be checked on the LINE Official Account app.

To check your qualified invoice data, you need to register a company or owner's name from Invoice info beforehand. To do so, please refer to the steps below.

1. Click the account you want to configure in your accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Invoice info under Activity and billing.
3. Click Edit.
4. Enter the company or owner's name and click Save.

From the purchase screen on your smartphone:
Note: You cannot do this from the LINE Official Account app. Please check from the purchase screen.
1. Tap the account you want to configure in your accounts list.
2. Tap the menu icon > Invoice info.
3. Tap Edit.
4. Enter the company or owner's name and tap Save.

After registering your information in Invoice info, you can check your qualified invoice data with the steps below.

1. Click the account you want to check in the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Billing history under Activity and billing.
3. Click View for the payment you want to check.

2. Tap the menu icon > Billing history.
3. Tap Details for the payment you want to check.
