¹Deposits are automatic when using PayPay Money purchase. It has no standalone deposit feature. For more information on PayPay Money purchase, please see Using PayPay Money purchase (the PayPay account linking service). (Only available in Japanese.)
²Withdrawals are to PayPay Money.
³If the deposit from PayPay succeeds, but your purchase fails, the money will be refunded to PayPay Money. In this case, you will not incur any fees.

¹Maker orders refer to new orders placed on the board.
²Taker orders refer to orders that fill existing orders already on the board. All market orders are taker orders. In either case, the above rate will be applied to the total price (fill amount × fill price) which will be then be exchanged in Japanese yen.

You can check the following assets by tapping 口座 (Accounts).

• Total assets: Total value of My assets and Lent assets converted to Japanese yen
• My assets: Total value of your JPY balance and the crypto assets you own (including crypto assets you've applied to lend) converted to Japanese yen
• Lent assets: Total value of the crypto assets that you've lent to LINE BITMAX converted to Japanese yen
• Spot account (JPY): Your balance of Japanese yen in your LINE BITMAX spot account
• Your balance for each crypto asset

To link your PayPay account, your registered information (name in katakana, date of birth) for both services needs to match exactly.

If you can't link your account, it may be because:

• There were extra spaces included in your name in katakana.

Note: Make sure there are no extra spaces included before or after your name.

• Characters of different sizes were used for your name in katakana. For example, if your name is John and is written as ジョン, don't write it as ジヨン.

Note: If your name is registered differently in katakana on PayPay and LINE BITMAX, you will need to unify how your name is written on both services.

Keep the above points in mind and see if there are any differences in your registered information for both services.

You can check your LINE BITMAX registered information from the LINE BITMAX main menu > More > Manage account > Manage personal information.

If you need to change the katakana for your full name in your LINE BITMAX registered information, do so by referring to the Help article below and following the instructions for the screens to change your registered information.
