Depending on network conditions, it may take some time for crypto assets sent from an external wallet to appear in LINE BITMAX.
If the crypto asset still hasn't appeared in your LINE BITMAX wallet 24 hours after the status in the sending wallet indicates that it has been sent, please contact us using one of the methods below.
Note: If you send Ripple (XRP) without entering a tag, it may not show up in your wallet.
Your addresses for receiving Ethereum (ETH) and Ripple (XRP) changed on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, and your addresses for receiving Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Litecoin (LTC) changed on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. Please check the new addresses and make sure to use them in the future.

- Be sure not to use the old addresses to receive crypto assets.
You need to receive a minimum amount of Ethereum (ETH) on LINE BITMAX for the coins to appear in your wallet. If you receive less than the minimum amount, the coins will not appear in your wallet until your ETH total has reached the minimum amount.
Minimum receivable amount for Ethereum (ETH): 0.005 ETH
Note: There is no minimum receivable amount set for the other crypto assets available on LINE BITMAX.
When sending Ripple (XRP) to LINE BITMAX, make sure you set the address and tag correctly in the wallet you're sending the coins from.
If the address or tag is incorrect or missing, there will be no way to confirm thatRipple (XRP) was received, and there may be no way to undo the transaction. Please understand that LVC Corporation will not assume responsibility for such cases.
Due to changing systems, we have changed the addresses used for receiving crypto assets from external wallets on LINE BITMAX.
The following crypto asset addresses changed on November 18, 2020.
Note: The grace period for these addresses ended on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

The following crypto asset addresses changed on March 24, 2021.
Note: The grace period for these addresses ended on Friday, September 24, 2021.

• Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
• Litecoin (LTC)
After changing the addresses for receiving crypto assets from external wallets, we applied temporary grace periods during which assets could be sent to either your new addresses or your old ones. However, now that the grace periods have ended, crypto assets sent to your old address will not appear and there will be no way to return them.
Make sure to use the new addresses that currently appear for receiving crypto assets in the future.
Note: Please be especially careful if you have saved or registered old LINE BITMAX addresses with any external services.
To check a new address for receiving crypto assets:
1. On the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Transfers.
2. Tap Receive by the crypto asset you want to check.
