I'm having an issue with my account toggle
Please contact us via the Inquiry Form if you're experiencing any issues with your LINE official account. Be sure to fill out all of the necessary fields and explain the issue in detail.

If you're using a Verified account or have applied for a review to get one, please send us the following information as well:
• Your application number
• The applicant's name
• Your email address
Note:
- Your application number is written in the title of the email you received when you applied for account verification review or got your review results.
- Please enter the same applicant name and email address you did when applying for review.
