Rich messages and rich video messages toggle
Rich messages let you make compact and easy-to-understand ads by combining images, text, and multiple links in a single message. More visual impact means you can grab users' attention and promote your business more effectively than with regular text messages.

Rich video messages give you more options for sending videos to users:
• Video messages automatically play back.
• Display videos in portrait or landscape and choose from a number of aspect ratios. You even have the option to fill up the chat screen if the video is in portrait mode.
• Insert links to guide viewers to external websites for more information.

Unlike regular videos sent in chats, rich video messages cannot be saved, forwarded, or shared on LINE VOOM by users. If you have a video that you want your users to be able to view only, be sure to send it in a rich video message.
Note: You can only create rich video messages from the browser version of LINE Official Account Manager (not the app).

About your broadcast volume toggle
You can send messages to randomly selected recipients from your friends list by setting a broadcast volume.
Note: If you're filtering friends by demographic, be sure that the number of recipients is set to 50 or more people.

To set a broadcast volume, follow the steps below.

From the LINE Official Account Manager app:
1. Tap the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Tap Broadcast > Create broadcast.
3. Add a broadcast and tap Next.
4. Turn the Broadcast volume setting ON and enter the number of messages you want to send.

From the browser version of LINE Official Account Manager:
1. Click the account you want to configure in the Accounts list.
2. Click Broadcast > Create new.
3. Check the box next to Set broadcast volume and enter the number of messages you want to send.

The maximum broadcast volume you can set is limited by available demographic data. Since not all user demographics can be estimated, the number of users shown for "Maximum message count" may differ from the number of users listed for statistics displayed on other pages.

Also, the number of users shown for "Maximum message count" may vary over time, as these statistics are updated regularly. Because it takes up to three days for the latest demographic data to be reflected, broadcasts sent with a set broadcast volume are based on demographic data from three days ago.

About A/B tests toggle
An A/B test determines the most effective broadcast or delivery method by testing two or more variants under the same conditions and comparing the results. This is called "A/B testing" because two different patterns (e.g. variant A and variant B) are tested against one another.

Using this feature allows you to fine-tune your broadcasts by testing multiple variants on a predetermined subset of recipients. You can then send the best-performing variant to the remaining group of recipients who were not included in the testing.

You can choose to create an A/B test under "Advanced settings" when sending a broadcast from LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers.

To create an A/B test:
1. Click Home > Broadcast > New broadcast.
2. Under "Advanced settings," check the box next to Create A/B test.

Note:
- The A/B test option is not available in the LINE Official Account app for mobile devices.
- To create an A/B test, a target reach of 5,000 or more is required.
