Checking your history of received crypto assets

You can receive crypto assets by sharing your address with the sender.

Note:

- When receiving Ripple (XRP) or Stellar Lumens (XLM), make sure the wallet sending you crypto assets has the tag/memo set correctly in addition to your address.

- Flare (FLR) can only be managed or sent. Trading or receiving FLR is not supported.

To share your address:

1. On the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Transfers > Receive under the relevant crypto asset.

2. Tap Share.

3. Tap Copy, LINE, or SMS and share your address with the sender.

Note: You can also share your address by having the sender scan the QR code that appears.

You can also go to the screen to check the address (tag/memo) for each crypto asset via the links below.

Note: These links can only be accessed on the smartphone that you use with LINE BITMAX.

To check your history:

1. From the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Accounts > the crypto asset you want to check.

2. Change the filter from All to Received.

Note: You can also adjust the Period and Display order filters.

While the crypto assets you're receiving may arrive several minutes after they've finished being sent from the external wallet, blockchain network conditions and other factors may cause the transaction to take several hours.

Please also check the status of the transaction in the external wallet from which the crypto assets are being sent, as it may take some time for them to be sent.
Note: The crypto assets may not show up in your wallet if incorrect information was entered when sending them or Ripple (XRP)/Stellar Lumens (XLM) were sent without entering a tag/memo.

When the crypto assets have been received, you need to confirm the transaction details (e.g. sender information, reason for receiving crypto assets) before they will appear in your wallet. When we confirm that you received crypto assets sent to your address, we will send you a declaration form via the LINE BITMAX Notifications (LINE BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account. Please check the questions in the declaration form and answer them accordingly.

If you still haven't received a declaration form via the LINE BITMAX Notifications official LINE account 24 hours after the status of the transaction in the external wallet indicates that the crypto assets have been sent to LINE BITMAX, please also see the following related Help articles.

On LINE BITMAX, you may be prohibited from sending crypto assets to or receiving crypto assets from some addresses if they are determined to pose a certain amount of risk (based on blockchain analysis results and other sources). Please understand that in such cases, we may check the details of your transactions and your registered information. For more information, see the following notice. (Only available in Japanese.)

Due to changing systems, we have changed the addresses used for receiving crypto assets from external wallets on LINE BITMAX.

The following crypto asset addresses changed on November 18, 2020.

Note: The grace period for these addresses ended on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

• Ethereum (ETH)

• Ripple (XRP)

The following crypto asset addresses changed on March 24, 2021.

Note: The grace period for these addresses ended on Friday, September 24, 2021.

• Bitcoin (BTC)

• Bitcoin Cash (BCH)

• Litecoin (LTC)

After changing the addresses for receiving crypto assets from external wallets, we applied temporary grace periods during which assets could be sent to either your new addresses or your old ones. However, now that the grace periods have ended, crypto assets sent to your old address will not appear and there will be no way to return them.

Make sure to use the new addresses that currently appear for receiving crypto assets in the future.

Note: Please be especially careful if you have saved or registered old LINE BITMAX addresses with any external services.

To check a new address for receiving crypto assets:

1. On the LINE BITMAX main menu, tap Transfers.

2. Tap Receive by the crypto asset you want to check.
