About price alerts toggle
The price alert feature notifies you of crypto asset prices via the BITMAX Notifications (BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account.

You can receive price alerts:
• When a price that you've registered has been reached.
• Every morning at 8 am.

Up to five price alerts can be set for each crypto asset. You can also enter specific prices that you want to receive alerts for, or set prices with variability rates from the current price.

To set price alerts:
1. Tap a crypto asset on the BITMAX home screen.
2. Tap the bell icon at the top right of the screen and add the price alert of your choice.

The Current price shows the price that was most recent when you opened the Price alerts screen. Please be aware this price will not change automatically if the rate fluctuates.
Note: The date and time that you opened the Price alerts screen appears below the Current price.

My price alert didn't arrive/disappeared toggle
The price you are alerted of is between the buy and sell price.

A price alert is sent each time the price is calculated (about once a minute). It may take some time for you to be alerted when a price that you've set has been reached.

You will not be alerted at times when rate notifications are not being sent (such as during system maintenance). Also, depending on the condition of the BITMAX Notifications (BITMAXお知らせ) official LINE account, alerts may be late or fail to arrive.

After you've received a price alert that you set, it will be automatically deleted.
