Your LINE BITMAX registered information is linked to LINE and LINE Pay. If you changed your phone number or email address, please update your registered information on LINE.

If your name or address has changed, you need to update your information on LINE Pay.
If you have any other changes to your personal information, update it by going to the LINE BITMAX main menu > More > Manage account > Change account details.
You can delete your LINE BITMAX account by tapping the More tab on the main menu > Manage account > Delete LINE BITMAX account.
Note: Your trade history and balance cannot be restored once your LINE BITMAX account has been deleted.
You cannot delete your LINE BITMAX account if:
• You have any pending transactions on the brokerage or exchange.
• Your owned assets exceed the withdrawal fee and the minimum amount that can be sent.
If you can't delete your LINE BITMAX account, try doing so after selling your crypto assets, sending them to another wallet, or withdrawing them as Japanese yen.
Also, if you have Japanese yen in your margin account, please contact us after transferring the funds to your spot account via inter-account transfer.

When you delete your LINE BITMAX account, all of your account information is deleted along with it, including your previous trading history and remaining balances. Once account information has been deleted, there is no way to recover it.
If your old account was deleted, please consider using LINE BITMAX with a new account.
If your smartphone is lost or stolen and you want to deactivate your LINE BITMAX account, please contact us via one of the methods below.

LINE BITMAX is linked to LINE and LINE Pay, so first make sure you can use both of those accounts.
Note: You cannot use LINE BITMAX if you don't have a Japanese phone number. See this Help article for details.
If you can use both your LINE and LINE Pay accounts but still can't log in to LINE BITMAX, contact us via one of the methods below.

Note: Chat support is only available in Japanese.
If we requested information for returning your remaining balances (Japanese yen and crypto assets) but did not receive it, and over five years have passed since deleting your LINE BITMAX account, it may no longer be possible to receive a refund.
You cannot delete your LINE BITMAX account if any of the following situations apply to you.
• Your FINSCHIA balance is greater than the minimum trading amount.
• Your crypto asset balance is greater than the minimum amount that can be sent plus the sending fee.
• The balance of Japanese yen in your spot account is greater than the withdrawal fee.
• You have a balance of Japanese yen in your margin account.
• You have a withdrawal request or crypto asset transaction that is being processed.
• You have a position or unfilled order in your margin trading account.
• You have a negative margin in your margin trading account.
• Something needs to be confirmed about the details of your transactions.
• You have any pending brokerage or exchange transactions.
Delete your account after selling or transferring your crypto assets and withdrawing any Japanese yen balance that you have. Also, if you have Japanese yen in your margin account, transfer it to your spot account via inter-account transfer and then delete your account once there is no Japanese yen balance left in it.
