Purchasing

Where can I purchase a ticket? toggle
You can purchase a ticket on the app version of LINE MUSIC. Please follow the steps below.
- Tap MY MUSIC > your profile icon > SHOP.
or
- Tap MY MUSIC > settings icon > Ticket Info > SHOP.

Note:
- As a guest user, you will not be able to carry over a ticket. We recommend purchasing a ticket after logging in.
- Payments are made through Apple.

Where can I check the remaining time and next renewal date for my ticket? toggle
You can check the status of your tickets in the following ways.

On the LINE MUSIC app: 
1. Tap the MY MUSIC tab at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you see a screen such as OFFLINE MUSIC when you tap the MY MUSIC tab, tap the < icon to display MY MUSIC.
2. Tap Settings (the cogwheel icon) > Ticket Info.

On the browser version of LINE MUSIC:
Click MY MUSIC > the ticket that appears under your account name.

Is there a way to automatically renew tickets instead of having to buy one all the time? toggle

Yes, there is. Premium plans automatically renew every month.


You will automatically be charged a usage fee every month so you can enjoy using LINE MUSIC without having to purchase a ticket all the time.

About subscription plans toggle
A subscription plan (auto-renewal) is a payment method that automatically charges you every month from the day you start making payments.

Once you make a payment, you can use LINE MUSIC and not have to worry about renewing your plan until you decide to cancel your subscription.
Note:
- If you're transferring your account to a device running a different OS, please cancel your auto-renewal subscription in advance.
- Tickets purchased on LINE STORE can be transferred between devices running different OSes.

Can I purchase tickets as a guest user? toggle
Yes, you can purchase tickets as a guest user.

However, please understand that as a guest user you may not be able to restore a ticket. We recommend purchasing a ticket after logging in using your LINE account.

Why is the ticket I purchased in the LINE MUSIC app not appearing? toggle
From the Ticket Info screen, tap Restore purchases here.
Note: You can only use this option if you purchased a ticket in the LINE MUSIC app with your Apple ID.

You will not be able to restore your ticket in the cases below. If either of the following apply to you, please contact Apple directly.

• You purchased a ticket with a different Apple ID.
• You purchased a ticket in the LINE MUSIC app as a guest user.

What will happen to the tickets I've purchased if I don't use the service? toggle
Whether you utilize the service or not, use of a ticket will automatically begin in the order it was purchased in. Tickets can only be used until their designated expiration date.
