How to register

Starting your own LINE Creators Market account toggle
Before you can sell your stickers, emoji, and themes on LINE Creators Market, you need to register as a creator.

To register as a creator:
1. Click Register here on the LINE Creators Market page and log in using the email address and password registered to your LINE account.
2. Enter your information on the registration page.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
Note: If you have domain filters in place on your email client, make sure you allow emails from the domain "@linecorp.com" and "@line.me" beforehand.
4. Click the URL in the message to complete the registration process.
5. Log in again to access My Page and start using your account.

Do I have to pay to register with the Creators Market? toggle

There is no charge for registering as a creator with LINE Creators Market. Anyone with a LINE account can register.

For companies, is account registration for the Creators Market done through LINE Partners? toggle

We do not take requests to create LINE Creators Market accounts through LINE Partners. Click the "Register Here" link at the top of the LINE Creators Market page to create an account.

Select Individual if you are an individual or self-employed and enter your name and trade name in their respective entry fields.

Are there any requirements for selling stickers? toggle
Anyone can create their own account with LINE Creators Market. It doesn't matter if you're a casual artist, veteran illustrator, working for yourself, or working for a company. Minors must receive their parent or guardian's permission before confirming the details in the terms and conditions and registering a creators account.

A LINE account is required in order to join LINE Creators Market. 

After joining LINE Creators Market, in order to sell stickers you must have the following:
If you live in Japan - a Japanese bank account or a LINE Pay Money account.
If you live outside of Japan - a Paypal Business or Premier account.

I'm not receiving the "Registration Complete" email toggle
We've received reports of the "Registration Complete" email not arriving at some email addresses.

If you don't receive the email within 30 minutes, please try using another email address (e.g. Gmail) and check the following troubleshooting tips.

• Check your email client settings. Depending on your email client, the email may be sent to your Spam or Trash folder automatically.
• If possible, check your email on a web browser.
• You may not be able to receive the email if you registered your mobile phone (smartphone) email address. If you have any filters in place on your email client, make sure that you allow emails from the domain "@line.me".

I don't have a LINE account. Can I still use LINE Creators Market? toggle
You must have a LINE account in order to register as a creator. 

There is no charge for creating an account or using LINE. If you have not created a LINE account, please install the LINE app on your smartphone.

I forgot my login email address or password toggle
To log in to LINE Creators Market, you need to use the email address and password registered to your LINE account.

You can check your registered email address from the LINE app. For the steps to do so, see the related Help article for Android or iOS

No. You cannot use your LINE@ or LINE official account to register with LINE Creators Market.

Why can't I log in to My Page on LINE Creators Market? toggle
The email address used to log in is the address registered to your LINE account. The email address set in My Page is for correspondence use.

If you enter the wrong email address or password, you will not be able to log in for a certain amount of time. Please wait a while if you cannot log in before trying again.

When you log in to LINE Creators Market, a login notification message is sent to you on LINE.

Can I keep using my LINE Creators Market account after changing smartphones? toggle
LINE Creators Market is linked to the LINE account you used when you signed up as a creator. If you can't use that LINE account, you won't be able to log in to your LINE Creators Market account.

Deleting your LINE Creators Market account toggle
If you want to delete your LINE Creators Market account, update the LINE Sticker Maker app to the latest version and then delete your account here.

Notes about your items:
• Once your LINE Creators Market account has been deleted, you will not be able to access or manage the items appearing in either your account or LINE Sticker Maker.
• Any stickers or themes for sale in LINE STORE will be automatically removed when you delete your account.
• People who purchased your items will be able to continue using them even after they've been removed from LINE STORE.

Notes about your revenue share:
• If your revenue share balance is more than the minimum payment amount when your LINE Creators Market account is deleted, it will be transferred to you within 90 days of deleting your account based on the transfer information you had registered at the time of deletion.
• Regardless of the amount, your revenue share will be forfeited if either of the following apply:
- You haven't entered the Basic Information or Transfer Information on the Account Settings page, or the information is incorrect.
- You haven't completed the necessary verification.

Deleting your LINE Creators Market account will not affect your LINE account, and you can continue using the LINE app.

I see a verification code when logging in toggle
We are enhancing our security as a measure for preventing unauthorized logins to LINE Creators Market.

If you use the same password for various services, all of your accounts will be vulnerable in the event that your password is leaked and acquired by a third party (e.g. through malicious links or phishing email scams).

We have added a second type of verification that requires you to enter a verification code in addition to your password. This makes it more difficult for someone else to access your account, even if your password is leaked.

To verify your identity, follow the steps below.
Note: Make sure you also have your smartphone that you use with LINE.

1. Access LINE Creators Market, enter your email address and password registered to LINE, and click Log in.
Note: After you click Log in, a verification code will appear.
2. Start LINE on your smartphone and enter the verification code.

You won't be able to log in if Allow login is turned OFF in the settings of your LINE account registered to LINE Creators Market.

To allow logging in: 
1. Start LINE.
2. Tap the Home/Friends tab > Settings > Account.
3. Turn Allow login ON.
