How to register

I'm not receiving the registration completion email toggle
You may not be receiving the LINE Creators Market registration completion email for one of the following reasons:

• Your email address was not entered correctly.
• It was sent to your spam folder.
• You have spam filters in place.
Note: If you have any filters in place, please disable them. (This includes filters for blocking emails that contain URLs, blocking emails from PCs, etc.)
• You have settings in place to only receive emails from certain domains.
Note: If you have domain filters in place on your email client, please ensure that you can receive emails from the domains "linecorp.com" and "line.me".

If you’re still not receiving the email after checking the above, please try the registration process once again.

Starting your own LINE Creators Market account toggle
Before you can sell your stickers, emoji, and themes on LINE Creators Market, you need to register as a creator.

To register as a creator:
1. Click Register here on the LINE Creators Market page and log in using the email address and password registered to your LINE account.
2. Enter your information on the registration page.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
Note: If you have domain filters in place on your email client, make sure you allow emails from the domain "@linecorp.com" and "@line.me" beforehand.
4. Click the URL in the message to complete the registration process.
5. Log in again to access My Page and start using your account.

Do I have to pay to register with the Creators Market? toggle

There is no charge for registering as a creator with LINE Creators Market. Anyone with a LINE account can register.

For companies, is account registration for the Creators Market done through LINE Partners? toggle

We do not take requests to create LINE Creators Market accounts through LINE Partners. Click the "Register Here" link at the top of the LINE Creators Market page to create an account.

Which business type should I select if I am an individual or self-employed? toggle

Select Individual if you are an individual or self-employed and enter your name and trade name in their respective entry fields.

Are there any requirements for selling stickers? toggle
Anyone can create their own account with LINE Creators Market. It doesn't matter if you're a casual artist, veteran illustrator, working for yourself, or working for a company. Minors must receive their parent or guardian's permission before confirming the details in the terms and conditions and registering a creators account.

A LINE account is required in order to join LINE Creators Market. 

After joining LINE Creators Market, in order to sell stickers you must have the following:
If you live in Japan - a Japanese bank account or a LINE Pay Money account.
If you live outside of Japan - a Paypal Business or Premier account.

I don't have a LINE account. Can I still use LINE Creators Market? toggle
You must have a LINE account in order to register as a creator. 

There is no charge for creating an account or using LINE. If you have not created a LINE account, please install the LINE app on your smartphone.

I forgot my login email address or password toggle
To log in to LINE Creators Market, you need the email address and password registered to your LINE account.

To check your registered email address from the LINE app:
1. Start LINE and tap the Friends or More tab > Settings > Account.
2. Tap Email address > Change your email.
3. Your email address will appear below the email address entry field.

If you've forgotten your password, follow step 1 above, but select Password instead of Email address to reset it.

Can I use my LINE@ account or LINE official account to register with Creators Market? toggle
No. You cannot use your LINE@ or LINE official account to register with LINE Creators Market.

Why can't I log in to My Page on LINE Creators Market? toggle
The email address used to log in is the address registered to your LINE account. The email address set in My Page is for correspondence use.

If you enter the wrong email address or password, you will not be able to log in for a certain amount of time. Please wait a while if you cannot log in before trying again.

Why did I receive a login notification on my smartphone? toggle
As of April 8th 2015, you will receive a chat notification to your LINE account whenever you log in to LINE Creators Market.

If you weren't the one who logged in to LINE Creators Market, it’s possible someone else may have logged in using your email address and password. In this case, please check the information below.

If you can still access your LINE account
It’s possible someone tried to fraudulently log in to your LINE Creators Market account from a different device. If this is the case, change your password immediately.

If you can’t access your LINE account
Someone else may be using it. If you log in on the smartphone you’ve been using your LINE account on within 24 hours of receiving the chat notification, you’ll be able to use your account again.

To log in: 
1. Start LINE.
2. Tap Log in.
3. Enter your registered email address and password or sign in to the Facebook account linked to your LINE account, then tap OK.
Note: After logging back in to your LINE account, please change your password immediately.
