Logging in toggle
You can log in to LINE Official Account Manager using a LINE Business ID.

If you transferred your account from LINE@, you can log in by selecting Log in with LINE account and entering the email address and password that you used for LINE@.
Note: Selecting Log in with LINE account on the LINE Official Account app will automatically log you in with the LINE account installed on your device.

About LINE Business ID toggle
LINE Business ID is a common verification system used to log in to various services for businesses and developers provided by LINE.

You can log in to LINE Business ID with your LINE account or with a business account (using just your email address).

I don't know where to enter the identity verification code toggle
The verification code that appears on your PC needs to be entered into the app version of LINE. Please enter the 4-digit code for the LINE account whose email address and password were used to log in to LINE Official Account Manager.
Note:
- You need to confirm your identity by entering a verification code when you log in to LINE Official Account Manager.
- Please be sure to access the LINE app and not the LINE Official Account Manager app.

Adding/changing administrators toggle
Before you can edit permissions, you need to log in to LINE Official Account Manager using an account that already has administrator authority.
Note: Permissions can only be edited from the browser version of LINE Official Account Manager, not the app.

To add an administrator:
1. Select the account you want to configure from the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Manage permissions > Add member.
3. Select Administrator under "Permission type" and click Generate link.
4. Give the verification link that was issued to the member you want to add.
5. Have the member you want to add access the link and log in with their own account.
6. Once the new member appears on the "Manage permissions" page with Administratorto the right of their name, it means they have been added.

To change a member's permission:
1. Select the account you want to configure from the Accounts list.
2. Click Settings > Manage permissions.
3. Click Edit next to the member.
4. Select a permission under "Permission type" and click Save.

Transferring your LINE official account when you change devices toggle
If you use a LINE account to log in:
You need to transfer your account with the LINE app in advance. For more information on how to transfer your account, see this Help article.

After you've finished transferring your account, log in with the LINE Official Account Manager app.

When you transfer your account, the chat history listed below will also be transferred.
• Text and stickers from the last four months
• Image and video files from the last two weeks
• Other files from the last week

If you use a business account to log in:
You don't need to transfer your account. Simply log in as usual on your new device.

Can I log in with several devices at the same time? toggle
You cannot log in to the same LINE Official Account Manager with multiple devices at the same time. Logging in with a new device will automatically log out any device that was previously logged in.
