To exclude your official account from reviews, use one of the methods below.
From the LINE Official Account app:
1. On the Home screen, tap Profile > Basic info.
2. Turn the setting OFF or tap "X" > Delete.
Note: You can also turn the Address setting OFF and tap Save > OK > the back button at the top left of the screen.
3. Tap Publish changes.
From LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers:
1. Select Profile > Basic info.
2. Uncheck the box next to the setting, or select "X" > OK.
Note: You can also uncheck the box next to the Address setting and choose Save.
3. Select Publish changes.
Reviews will no longer appear on LINE Official Account Manager for web browsers when you exclude your account from reviews.
