Where can I buy clothes and interior items?

You can buy clothes for avatars and interior items by following the below steps.

From the Home screen:

1. Go to Shop or More > Shop to open the Shop screen. The Shop screen presents Fashion, Interior, Beginner, and other icons for your shopping pleasure.

2. Go to More > Gacha to get clothes and interior items from the Gacha.

From My Room:

1. Tap the icon on the bottom right corner of the screen to open a menu that presents Fashion, Interior, Sets, and other icons for your shopping pleasure.

2. Tap the Gacha in the menu to get clothes and interior items from the Gacha.

From your Closet or Room Deco,

tap the Shop button on the top right corner of the screen. To go to your Closet or Room Deco, tap the icon on the bottom right corner of the My Room screen.

How do I give a gift to a friend?

You can give your friend a gift by following the below steps.

You can send gifts to players who are not on your Friends list.

1. From the Home screen, go to Shop > Gifts or More > Shop > Gifts.

2. From the Home screen, go to Friends > My Friends. In your Friends list select the friend that you want to send a gift to. Tap Gift in the profile pop-up to open the Gift Shop screen.

What does the Recycle button do?

With the Recycle feature, you can exchange items that you no longer need for a certain amount of Gems.

Try tapping the Recycle button found at the bottom of the Closet and Room Edit screens.

Please note that you will not receive any Gems for recycling default items, items received as gifts, and “Catch of the Day” items.

How is the number of Gems you receive for recycled items determined?

The number of Gems you receive when you recycle an item is normally calculated by applying a fixed rate to the original price of the item. However, this may vary depending on the item's special attributes (normal, rare, or super-rare.)

Please note that you will not receive any Gems for recycling default items, items received as gifts, and “Catch of the Day” items. Animal avatars will not receive Gems for recycling some items from the Face Shop. However, you can receive Gems by recycling specific Premium Gifts.

You can check how many Gems you will receive for recycling a particular item by going to the Recycle screen and selecting that item. Please be sure to check this amount before recycling.

How do I get rid of items I no longer want?

Items can be recycled from the Closet and Room Deco menus.

1. Closet

1) From the Home screen, tap My Room > Menu > Closet, then tap the Recycle button at the bottom right of the screen.

2) Choose the item you wish to recycle and press the Recycle button.

- If you have more than one of the same item in your possession, you can recycle all but one of each item using the Organize button at the bottom right of the screen.

- You cannot recycle items that are currently worn.

[2] Room Deco

1) From the Home screen, tap My Room > Menu > Room Deco, then tap the Recycle button at the bottom right of the screen.

2) Tap the Recycle button to the bottom left of the item box.

3) Choose the item you wish to recycle and press the Recycle button.

- You can't recycle items that have been placed in your room.

The items I want are not on sale.

If the items that you want are not sold in the shop, the following may be the reason:

- The item may have only been sold for a limited time
- The item may be a Gacha item
- Some items may not be available for your avatar type (some items are only for male/female/animal avatars only) – For example, tails can only be purchased by animal avatars / Piercings can only be purchased by human avatars etc.

Why didn’t I get a discount on my second play of the same Gacha?

You are entitled to a 10% discount from the second play in succession of the same Gacha. However, you lose this discount if you leave the Gacha page to charge your Gems or perform other activities.

If you wish to play the same Gacha in succession and receive the discount, please check that you have enough Gems before beginning.

How can I tell which couple item my friend has?

Couple items are usually different in orientation or design. For instance, in the case of the Bling Couple Sofas, Sofa 1 has two heart-shaped cushions, while Sofa 2 has only one. If your friend has Bling Couple Sofa 1, you can send them Bling Couple Sofa 2 and they can use the two as a set. If you send your friend another Bling Couple Sofa 1, they will not be able to form a set, so make sure you check exactly which item your friend has based on its detailed design before sending a gift.

Can I find an item that I previously browsed in the Shop?

You can display a list of items that you have looked at recently by tapping the clock at the very bottom of the Fashion Shop, Interior Shop, or Category screens.

The list of recently viewed items can hold up to 40 fashion items and 39 interior items. Items that are no longer available to purchase are removed automatically.

Where can I purchase makeup items?

You can get makeup items for your Closet from some Gachas and Events.

You can take on and off the makeup items as you like. However, you cannot take on and off the face of your avatar that you created or changed at the Face Shop, and it will not appear in the Makeup section of your Closet.

Think of the face items you get from Gachas and Events as a type of mask that you can take on and off as you like.

How do I adjust the sound settings for BGM items?

It is not possible to adjust the sound settings for individual BGM items.

You can adjust the the sounds that you hear by making changes to LINE Play's overall sound settings, or by removing BGM items through the Room Deco page.

To make changes to sound settings, tap More > Settings > Sounds from the Home screen.

Note that if the button is switched to ON, sounds will be played according to the settings you have chosen, but if the button is switched OFF you will not hear any sounds as the game is in mute mode.

What are Gacha tickets?

A Gacha ticket will let you play a particular Gacha 1 time for free.

You'll can get Gacha tickets them from the various events that take place in LINE PLAY, and you can see which tickets you have received in your Mailbox.

Gacha tickets will eventually expire if left in your Mailbox for too long, and then you won't be able to use them.

What is the LIKE button?

When you find something nice in a Gacha, you can show others how much you like it by tapping the LIKE button.

What are magic items?

Magic items are Super Epic level fashion items. When you go to the Square wearing a magic item, you can cast spells on other avatars. Avatars wearing magic items will have a star icon over their heads. If another avatar taps the star icon, they will temporarily fall under their magic spell.

What's the Magic Box?

Magic Box is a special Gacha series from which you won't get any duplicates until you have collected every item.

Tell me more about Styling!

Styling is where you can save the items that your avatar is wearing (e.g. fashion, hair, makeup) as one outfit.

You can also name your style, and save it to create your own collection!

All saved Stylings can be edited or deleted anytime. Don't worry, items won't be deleted when deleting the Stylings. Feel free to use Styling menu whenever you need!

If you are out of slots, you can always buy more. You can own up to 365 slots including the default ones! Fill up all the slots and show off a new style for 365 days!
