How exactly do I get Circle points?

There are lots of ways to collect Circle points! You can play gachas, earn VIP Exp, clear quests, purchase skins for your Circle, and more! Each time points are earned, a notification will be displayed. The following list has some more detailed information about how you can collect points:

1. Gachas

- VIP Royal Gacha: 10 points for 1 play

- VIP Gacha: 5 points for 1 play

- Cash Gacha: 3 points for 1 play

- Gem Gacha: 1 point for 1 play

- Bulk gacha plays (10 times): Counts as 10 plays and gives the corresponding points (Example: Playing a VIP Gacha in bulk would earn you 50 points total).

Playing gachas that are on sale earns you the same amount of points as playing full-price gachas.

Free gachas and gacha plays using Gacha Tickets do not earn points.

2. VIP Exp

- You'll get 10 points for each point of VIP Exp you earn.

- Please note that only Exp earned by purchasing items or earned from Today's Gift are eligible for points. Exp earned any other way is not eligible.

3. Quests

Each of the following quests will earn you 1 point upon completion:

- Get Free Gems

- Magic in Squares

- Try out the 'Hello' at the room party

- Send Hearts to Avatars & Pets

- Pet your pet

- High Five in the Square

- Clean up messy rooms

- Water the dry plants

- Visit a Circle!

4. Purchase skins for your Circle's room

- Buy a skin for your Circle's room to earn 50 points.

However, please be aware that there are some situations in which you will not be able to collect points despite having joined a Circle. Please see here for details.

What kind of rewards can be gotten from Circle points?

Circle points rewards are as follows:

1. "Stage Clear" rewards

- Circle Gacha Tickets for the stage that was cleared will be distributed

- The amount of Circle Gacha Tickets that get distributed may vary by stage. To find details about the rewards, look in the Circle points screen for information about seasonal rewards.

- Rewards will be sent to your Mailbox after you enter your Circle and tap the Claim Reward button. Gacha Tickets can be used up until the next day following the end of a season.

- Circle gachas will be available throughout each season exclusively in the Circle room, as VIP gachas.

2. Hall of Fame Entry Rewards

- Members of Circles that enter the Hall of Fame will receive VIP Category Gacha Tickets.

- In general, members of the 1st place Circle will get 10 tickets, members of the 2nd place Circle will get 7 tickets, and members of the 3rd place Circle will get 5 tickets. These numbers are subject to change based on event specifics. In the event that the numbers differ from what is listed here, a notification will be issued in the Notices.

- Circle members who earned 0 points throughout the season will be considered not to have contributed to their team's ranking, and will therefore not receive any of the VIP Category Gacha Ticket rewards.

- VIP Category Gacha Tickets will be delivered to your Mailbox. These tickets expire one week after their delivery, so be sure to claim them before time runs out.

- In addition, when a Circle makes it into the Hall of Fame, an emblem with the Circle's ranking will be displayed on members' profiles and the Circle information screen. The emblem will stay visible until the next Hall of Fame inductees are selected.

I've joined a Circle, so why can't I get Circle points or rewards?

Start by checking whether there's a Circle season underway or not. Circle points can only be earned during a season.

You can find out whether there's a season underway via the Notices or via the Circle points button that appears in your Circle room.

If indeed you are mid-season, just tap the Circle points button to see the latest information about your Circle's points.

If there's no season currently underway, you will instead see information about the upcoming season. Be sure to check the Circle room whenever you need season scheduling info.

If you find that there is a season underway and you still cannot collect points, read on.

If you find that there is a season underway and you still cannot collect points, it may be because of the following rules. These rules have been set up as measures to prevent malicious users from fraudulently obtaining Circle points and/or rewards:

- It is not possible to earn Circle points or rewards during the same season that you joined a Circle. You must wait until the next new season starts.

- If your account has not been fully registered and/or approved by your Circle, you will not be able to earn Circle points or rewards. Remember that you will only be able to earn Circle points and rewards starting from the next new season AFTER you have successfully joined a Circle.
